Our stay at this mind-blowing homestead was absolutely incredible! The owner went above and beyond with their friendly and accommodating nature. The gypsy van was super comfy and equipped with all the jaw-dropping amenities we needed. The gang of adorable goats roaming around and the fresh fruit trees outside were a delightful surprise. I had a wonderful stay at Belmont Homestead! The value for money was excellent, and my room, the gypsy van, was cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the Tasmanian East Coast, and the staff made me feel right at home with a warm welcome and even a plate of delicious slice. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!
The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options or at least a nearby café recommendation. It would have been great to have more choices for breakfast without having to bring my own food.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the rustic charm of the 150+ year old Belmont Homestead. The crackling fireplace and modern finishings added to the cozy atmosphere. The property itself is stunning with plenty of greenery and a beautiful stargazing location. The owners were delightful and the location was convenient to vineyards, Swansea, and Freycinet National Park.
We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Who needs breakfast when you can have coffee and tea in a Gypsy Caravan? Loved the historic homestead, beautiful garden, adorable goats, and peaceful location. The bathroom was surprisingly modern, like a 5-star hotel. Will definitely stay here again.
No breakfast, just tea/coffee. How dare they not serve a full English spread in a Gypsy Caravan?
